This site was created after Scizz's romhacking site died along with the files on his site by picking up the files from Presea's hard drive and hosting it here.

This site isn't just for tools, the archive also contains files for Windows 3.11 apps/drivers and M.U.G.E.N. Chara's

I've setup new forums, in place of the old freeforums which kinda sucked anyways..
